Introduction

Digital Gaming Worlds ("Digital Gaming Worlds," "we," "us" or "our") develops, publishes and operates casual, mobile and web-based games, gaming applications and related platforms, including the Bahatiz promotional sweepstakes entertainment platform. You do not own virtual currency, and balances cannot be sold, traded, gifted or transferred outside the Services except as we expressly permit. A free method of entry is always available for our promotional sweepstakes, as described in the applicable official rules. Subject to applicable law, you and Digital Gaming Worlds agree that disputes will be resolved as set out in this section, and that the state and federal courts of that State will have jurisdiction, except where a specific dispute-resolution or arbitration procedure is provided in the official rules of a promotion or required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
